I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and owner of TD Psychotherapy, Mental Health Counseling, PLLC based out of New York City. I work with adult clients who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping and understand the deeper roots of what they’re experiencing. This work tends to resonate with those who are curious about their inner world and willing to explore their thoughts and feelings more deeply. My approach is relational, attachment-based, experiential and somatic, we slow down to get beneath the symptoms and connect more deeply with your emotions. 

I primarily use IFS, AEDP, EMDR, and psychodynamic therapy. I specialize in trauma, attachment wounds, PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relational issues, & life transitions. I am an LGBTQIA+ allied psychotherapist committed to creating a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space, and I welcome the opportunity to connect with you. I am licensed in NY, NJ, CA, NC and CO.
